suppress @domain from showing when sending to another internal user

We would like to not append @domain that is added when sending mail to other internal users in our Domino environment (ie Jane Doe/abc@abcd). We'd like it to just show Jane Doe/abc as the sender when received.  I see you can do this in Lotus Traveler by adding the notes.ini parameter of NTS_AddressCache_CN_with_domain. Is there an equivalent parameter for Domino itself?
